I´m a mexican archaeologist currently finishing my Masters degree in Archaeology at Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia in Mexico City. I´m currently focusing in comparative archaeology and focusing on expansionary dynamics in first generation states by doing an intensive comparison on The Uruk Expansion in Mesopotamia and The Zapotec Expansion in Oaxaca.
I have participated in several projects in different regions regions including Northern Mexico (Casas Grandes Valley area), Teotihuacan, Belize, Tlatelolco and Bronze Age contexts in Syria at Tell Umm el-Marra.
